Prices are charged per cage, not per animal.
All bookings include the use of a cage (or space), equipment, toys, bedding, food, water, and treats.

You are welcome to bring your own food if you wish however, if you choose to do so, you will not receive a reduction in fees.

We have space for:

Sorry but we are not able to accommodate dogs, cats, reptiles and we are currently unable to accept birds.

Holiday fees are charged on the following dates:
December 24 / 25 / 26 / 31
January 1 / 2
Good Friday - Easter Monday (inclusive)

Prices are per day.
Collection day is not charged for providing your pet is collected before noon.
There is no minimum or maximum stay - overnights welcome.

We are very happy to board your pets throughout the holidays, however please note we will be no longer accepting drop offs or collections on the following dates:

24th December 

25th December 

26th December 

1st January 

Easter Sunday

Please bear this in mind when booking your pet in over these dates.

Please note the following:
Hamsters - max 1 per cage
Gerbils - single or bonded pairs only
Rats - max 8, bonded groups only
Mice - max 4 per cage, single or bonded groups only
Chinchillas - single or bonded pair per cage
Guinea Pigs - max 6, bonded groups only
Rabbits - max 2, single or bonded pairs only

When emailing please provide the following information:
• Dates required
• Type of pet
• Number of cages required

All rabbits boarders must have their R(V)HD1, Myxomatosis and R(V)HD2 vaccinations at least 14 days before boarding commences.

CANCELLATION

All fees will be returned if you cancel your booking up to 8 days before the start date.

A cancellation fee of £10 will be taken if you cancel between 7 and 4 days before the start date.

50% payment will be taken if you cancel 3 days or less before the start of your booking.

No shows will not receive a refund
