Please let us know the type and number of pets you have, as well as your required drop off and collection dates.
We endeavour to reply to enquiries within 24-48 hours. Occasionally our emails find their way into junk folders so please check these if you haven't received our reply.
Please bring your pet/s in an appropriate, escape-proof travel carrier.
Please do not bring your pet/s in large cages as we do not have anywhere to store them.
If you'd like your pet/s to eat a specific diet during their stay you are welcome to bring some food. This is optional as food is provided as part of the service.
Please note that you will not be given a reduction in fees if you choose to provide your own food.
If your pet requires medication please inform us before your booking commences and ensure that you bring enough for the duration of their stay.
Our boarding service is designed to be all inclusive.
Please refrain from bringing anything extra as we do not have the space in which to store it.
Yes we do!
We will happily send you regular updates (every 2-3 days) via WhatsApp, alongside photos and, if possible, videos too.
You are welcome to opt out of this service if you wish.
We are happy to administer medication as per your instructions, agreed upon before your pet's booking commences.
Please ensure that you provide detailed instructions and enough medication to last for the duration of your pet's stay.
In order to perform our daily duties, all drop off and collections are undertaken in the morning between 9am - 12pm.
If you do not arrive home until the afternoon or evening, please arrange to collect your pet the following day.
We are closed to arrivals or departures on Sundays.
We will not be accepting boarders for the 2027 Christmas period.
In order to ensure that all pets boarding with us (including our resident pets) are kept safe, happy and healthy (as well as, very importantly, keeping their stress levels down), we do not allow entry into the boarding room itself.
All drop offs and collections take place in our entrance hallway.
Your pet will be ready and waiting for you when you arrive to collect them.
